PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
INSTRUCTIONS: All items will be decorated with the Cottonwood logo. Place order online. Any changes to your order must be received by Snap Promotions by the last day of the month. Please include your name and order number in your email. After that, all orders are final.
DELIVERY: Orders are processed once per month (the first of the month) and delivered to Cottonwood for distribution near the end of the month. For example, orders placed in January are processed the first of February and delivered in late February.
RETURNS: Please inspect your order when you receive it. Items can be returned if they are damaged and will be replaced with the same item and size. We encourage you to check size charts before ordering. Returns and exchanges for damaged items will only be accepted within two weeks of delivery to Cottonwood. Cottonwood will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.
INVENTORY: We cannot guarantee that all items in all sizes and colors will always be in stock. We will contact you if an item is out of stock and attempt to find a suitable replacement.
NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING: While the website will collect your shipping address during checkout, we will not be shipping the items to you.
